This location is a co-packing facility with an annual capacity of 14,000 KL that manufactures Hector Beverage Products (Paper Boat-Swing; 6 Variants). It also has a bonded warehouse where Hector products from other sites get stored and transported. The site primarily consists of a beverage manufacturing plant (with automatic ingredient addition for blend), pasteurisation, semi-automatic spouting, integrated filling and capping in spouted pouches, post pasteurisation, cooling and drying, secondary packing in cases, and weight checking, as well as all necessary supporting utilities and services (power, 100% backup DG, bio-fuel-based boiler, RW storage, softener, RO plant, nitrogen generator, cooling towers, HVAC, ventilation, fire hydrant(s), fire detection system, and CCTV). The data acquisition system records essential manufacturing and pasteurisation data.
