This site was commissioned in 1996 and is the first plant of R.M. Chemicals. The detergent plant is SCADA operated with a high manufacturing capacity. Flow wrap facilities are used to pack detergent cake.
This location was commissioned in 2001
This is a continuous process in which in feed raw material rates monitored /adjusted through calibrated Rota Meter, Reaction of LAB and Sulphuric acid take place at the loop of heat exchanger pump, where initial reaction temperature controls help in maintaining low colour and the material mass reaction completed in 8 no’s Digester shell & tubes, jacked with cooling facility helps in sustain colour. The plant is stainless steel and lead lining wherever MS is used to safeguard the corrosion part. Low resistance time for completing sulphonation reaction made it more efficient.
